WARRIOR END OF SEASON AWARD CEREMONY

We will be having an event to recognize all of our Warrior Football players and Cheerleaders for a great first season on Sunday, December 14th at Rancho Cotate High School in the Gym. Midget Football & Cheer: 2:00pm Jr. Midget Football: 3:15pm Pee Wee Football & Cheer: 4:00pm Jr. Pee Wee Football: 5:15 Mitey Mite Football & Cheer: 6:00pm Academic Excellence Award If your child is academically eligible - we would love to present him/her with a recognition award at our Warrior End of Year Event.  Please Download the application, review it, fill it out - and turn it in by December 10th by mailing to address provided or (scanning and) e-mailing to Tami Peleti (tami@rpwarriors.com).  ALL APPLICATIONS MUST BE TURNED IN BY THIS DATE ALONG WITH A COPY OF YOUR CHILDS REPORT CARD (OR LETTER) IN ORDER TO BE CONSIDERD.
